What we keep, and why.

When you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the date you joined. Like any website, our hosting provider also keeps standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, for security.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and signups. No advertising tracking, and no tracking across other sites.

To keep your place on the waitlist, tell you when Chant is ready, and send the occasional product update. Every email has a link to unsubscribe. We never sell your information.

Trusted service providers help us host the site, store data and send email, and only use it to do that for us. Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada.

Until Chant launches and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to remove it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, or withdraw your consent, as Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) allows. Email tech@trychant.io and we'll take care of it within 30 days, wherever you live.
